Previous Customers from the old store
Since moving to the new platform, things have gone well. There were some hiccups and there are still problems (like incorrect pricing if you don't go to the cart), but for the most part the issues on the website are fixed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to import old customer accounts from the old website. We can still look up your previous orders, but it is not possible for us to import the accounts and their orders. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Lesson learned is to do things the right way initially and to pay month-by-month so you don't spend the next 11 months fixing problems and preparing to switch platforms.
